How to Order:
Ordering from CrossTimber is simple and secure. You can place orders through our website, by phone at 888-763-2646, or by mail. All orders are processed with care by our family team.
Payment Options:
- All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Sometimes AmEx)
- PayPal for secure online orders
- Cornerstone for phone orders with credit card
- Mail orders with check or money order
Order Confirmation:
You'll typically receive an email confirmation within hours of placing your order. If you don't receive a receipt from PayPal, Cornerstone or CrossTimber, please contact us immediately to make sure your order goes through.

Shipping Information
Shipping Methods:
Priority Mail (Standard for Most Items):
- Production Time: 5-10 business days. Personalized gifts take individual attention, especially during the busy season. We almost always ship within 5 business days. Contact us for RUSH service.
- Transit Time: USPS claims that Priority Mail takes just 1-3 business days to arrive. But they are the US government, so order as early as you can, to allow for the US Government's historical "timeliness".
- Features: All Priority Mail shipments are insured and tracked. (Plaques, Mugs, and Music Boxes must ship by Priority Mail.)
- Cost: Calculated automatically based on weight and destination. When First Class rate is available, it will show you the rate in the shopping cart.
First Class Mail (Lighter Items):
- Transit Time: 3-10 business days after shipping
- Items: Prints, bookmarks, and lightweight products
- Important: First Class mail does not include insurance or tracking.
- Cost: Lower shipping cost for qualifying items
- Our thoughts: First Class is generally reliable for the patient customer, but for time-sensitive gifts, we must recommend the tracked and insured Priority Mail.
Combined Shipping:
We want to save you money! When you order multiple items, we combine them into one shipment whenever possible. Your cart automatically calculates the best shipping option based on weight and size, and when additional options are available, they should show up in the shopping cart.
Digital Products:
- Printable Files: No shipping charge (aye, we're not pirates!)
- Delivery: Emailed within 1-3 business days (usually same-day! If you're in a rush, contact us after you place your order.)
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide via USPS First Class or USPS International Priority Mail (7-20 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. Contact us BEFORE you place your order so we can get a shipping quote for you.
Delivery Times
Production Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
Holiday Seasons:
During busy periods like Christmas, production times may be longer. We'll always give you realistic delivery estimates when you order.
Rush Orders Available:
Need your order faster? We offer rush processing:
- 3-Day Rush: $15 (ships within 3 business days)
- Next-Day Rush: $25 (ships next business day)
- Same-Day Rush: $35 (ships same day if ordered before 11am EST and you confirm same-day is available, via phone, chat or email.)
Return Policy
Our Commitment to You:
We believe that integrity should be the driving force in ALL customer service. To set an example for the pitiful level of customer service in the rest of the country, we are committed to serving our customers before, during, and after their purchase. If we have not fulfilled the expectations we have set for you, please let us know so we can make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will replace the item at no cost or provide a full refund
- Send us photos of the damage and packaging so we can file a USPS claim
- Store the item and packaging for 14 days for possible USPS inspection
- We'll replace the item at no cost or provide a full refund
Errors on Our Part:
We are very aware that product personalization opens more risks of human error than selling something simple, like candy bars. But we love what we do, and have become experts at mitigating those risks. We have precise workflows and quality control checks to make sure each order arrives exactly as you ordered it. On the very, very rare occasion that we make a mistake, we have always found a satisfactory solution for our customers. So if you see a typo, misspelling or shipping mistake, just let us know so we can make it right.
