Combined Shipping
Yes! For orders of just 1 item, your shipping total will be the bold prices in the middle. For orders of several items, your "1st Item" charge will be the largest (heaviest) item, and other items will be charged the "per additional" rate.
For example, if you order 2 NamePlaques, 1 NameBox and 1 Coffee Mug, your base shipping would be for the largest item (the NameBox) at ($8.85) plus the "each additional" rate for the Mug ($3.85) plaques ($2 each), so your shipping total would be $16.70 for the 4 items to ship together via Priority Mail.
At this time, all of our products ship out via Priority Mail (2-3 days), except for our Bookmarks and PlaquePrints, which ship by standard, First-Class mail (3 to 10 days).

Turn-Around Times
Our personalized products are individually printed and personalized. Our Plaques, WidePlaques, NameBoxes and Name Meaning Coffee Mugs are typically finished in 4 to 6 business days.
Rush Production
Rush orders must be placed by phone, and are shipped within 2 business days with Priority or Expedited shipping. Our rush service is $4 for the first item, plus $2 for each additional item.
All Christmas Orders placed by December 19th will be shipped by Priority Mail to arrive by Christmas Eve, December 24th.

We're happy to ship anywhere in the world! Just e-mail or call with your shipping address and what items you'd like to order, and we will get a quote for you!
So far, we've shipped to Canada, Germany, the U.K., New Zealand and Australia. FYI, we've found that NamePlaque Prints (without frames) can be mailed for much less!

Use the pull-down list to select a Wooden Frame like the one shown. Selecting "Frame Artist's Choice" means that our Frame Artist, 
Katie Dehnart, will choose from our wide variety of frames to select a frame that best fits the coloring and style of the design you chose. (Butterfly plaques look good in silver or white, cowboys get rustic wood, etc.)
Or, for just a few dollars more, you can choose your own Premier Frame, shown in the "Premier Frames" link on the left.
Returns: We've been doing Name Meaning plaques for a long time, and it's very rare that anyone is unsatisfied with their purchase. If there is any error in the plaque or it is damaged when it arrives, please contact us at 888-763-2646 and we will send a replacement immediately. If you just plain don't like it, I'm sure we can still reach a satisfactory solution.
