Turn-Around Times:

Rush orders: production: Because our personalized products are individually printed and personalized, it can take several days to finish an average order.  However, if you are in need of rush production and shipping, please let us know and we will do everything we can to get it shipped quickly.

How long does it take to make the Name Gifts?  Our typical turnaround times for our products are listed below.  Products are normally shipped via USPS.  During December, turnaround times may take longer, so if you need your order by a certain date, please contact us. 888-763-2646

Bookmarks: 3 or 4 business days.
Laminated Bookmarks: 4 or 5 business days.
NamePlaques: 5 or 6 business days.
Coffee Mugs: 6 to 10 business days

Christmas Special: Free Priority Mail shipping within the US for orders with 5 or more NamePlaques.  Order Plaques by Dec. 19th for delivery by Christmas Eve.  Order Coffee Mugs by Dec 14th for delivery by Christmas Eve.

NamePlaques, Standard Shipping:  $5.90 for the first plaque, plus $2 for each additional plaque, to be shipped Standard Shipping via USPS.

Shipping to Canada:  We love to hear from our Canadian neighbors.  Feel free to call any time for shipping quotes, or order online and choose from our Canada shipping options.   Generally, NamePlaque shipping to Canada is $10.85 for the first, plus $2 for each additional plaque.  Give us a call for an exact price/time estimate.

Shipping to Australia: G'day, Aussies! We've been getting quite a few orders from the Down Under, so we're happy to hear from our Australian friends.  Shipping is roughly $14 for the first plaque or mug, and $4 per item after that.  Feel free to e-mail for a more precise estimate.  Based on previous orders, allow at least 18 days for plaques, and 26 days for coffee mugs.  Hopefully the postal service's service will improve soon.

NamePlaque Frames:  When you order NamePlaques, you have the option of selecting a frame preference, such as wood, antique, colorful, etc. Our Frame Artist, Katie Dehnart, will choose from our wide variety of frames to select a frame that best fits your preference and the coloring or style of the design.  Because our selection is constantly changing, we do not have an online catalog frames available.
